Sonja Kissling is an independent consultant and advises in particular family businesses with complex family relationships on the organisation and decision making of the family and the business. Initially, she worked as a lawyer specialising in corporate law, M&A and capital market law. During her LL.M. studies at Columbia University, New York, she specialized in conflict resolution processes and negotiation. In her dissertation at the Center for Family Business of the University of St.Gallen, she dealt with the topic of justice in succession proceedings.
