Franziska Müller Tiberini

Franziska Müller Tiberini has 20 years of professional experience accompanying family members and families with their businesses in generational change. For more than 12 years she worked in the family owned company in the electrical industry, among others as CEO. In 2000 she founded her own company familienunternehmen.ch. She is a successful speaker at universities, technical colleges and institutes and at events in the DACH region. Her main topics are family advice, organisation and communication/conflict resolution. She is a member of the board of directors, accompanies start-ups and is involved as a business angel.
